Having been in the hospitality industry for 14 years and traveled extensively around the globe your standards and expectations of exemplary custom service are high. We recently had our wedding reception at the Tanoa Aspen Hotel in Queenstown. A pre-winter wedding was planned some 6 months prior remotely from Auckland. If we could have envisaged a day that exceeded expectations then that’s exactly what we experienced.

Everything worked like clockwork, from the theme-ing of the hotel, to table placements, to the quality of the food, such a magnificent banquet, to the choice of wines, the accommodating of the band complete with dance floor, the seamless ness of the staff in accommodating over 120 wedding guests.

The location of the Tanoa Aspen Hotel was picture perfect especially with their priceless view of the Remarkables.
