Sarah Moore is the owner of Forte Food and she will personally consult with you to create a menu to stimulate the most discerning palate and to execute impeccable service to suit your needs. Your guests will be impressed with the attention to detail.

Sarah is a Sydney-trained chef who has gained a wealth of cooking experience with over 20 years in international and New Zealand fine-dining restaurants and lodges. She will show-case her passion with creatively and flair.

We also cater for pre-wedding dinners,and after-wedding brunches or barbecues, as required..
